In which means of transport can you continue to travel without the obligation of a Green pass? And what about NCCs and taxi?
GREEN PASS NOT OBLIGATORY
In which means of transport, on the other hand, can you continue to travel without the obligation of a Green pass?
To date, if you use local public transport, it is not necessary to have a Green pass.
AND FOR THOSE WHO TRAVEL BY TAXI?
Annex 15, with regard to taxis, does not introduce the obligation of the Green pass, therefore, it is possible to travel by taxi even without having the COVID-19 green certification. The same goes for the NCC servos up to 9 seats. From 1 September, however, some changes have been introduced with respect to travel arrangements on board taxis, let's see them.
HOW TO TRAVEL BY TAXI
For taxi transport, the safety rules already in force remain substantially unchanged. What remains unchanged: • mandatory use of the mask • at least daily sanitation of cars • recommendation to equip cars with dividing partitions between the rows of seats • the passenger cannot occupy the seat next to the driver • in vehicles approved for the transport of up to five people, no more than two passengers can be carried in the rear seat • in cars approved for the transport of six or more people, models that do not require the presence of more than two passengers for each row of seats must be applied. What changes: The limitations indicated do not apply, and therefore it is allowed to exceed the capacity to 50% if the passengers live in the same housing unit, if they are relatives or if they are people who have stable interpersonal relationships (for example: spouse, relatives and similar in a straight line and collateral not cohabiting, but with stable attendance; people, not related by kinship, affinity or marriage, who usually share the same places).
The existence of these requirements can be self-certified by the interested party.

NCC TRANSFER BETWEEN MORE OR TWO REGIONS
From Wednesday 1 September 2021, the obligation to obtain the Green Pass
- the certificate certifying vaccination, healing or negativity to an
antigen or molecular test (see the Ministry's FAQ) - is required to
access all means of transport that move between two or more Regions, not
neighboring: inter-regional buses, even those for hire, planes,
Intercity trains, Intercity Night and High Speed ships and ferries,
but also rental vehicles with driver.
