On board the bus, a mask, surgical or of a higher level of protection, is mandatory, which can be used for a maximum of four hours.
The maximum capacity of the vehicles cannot exceed 80% of the permitted places.
For taxis and NCCs up to 9 seats it is recommended to equip the cars with dividing partitions between the rows of seats. The passenger cannot occupy the seat next to the driver.
In cars approved for the transport of up to 5 people, no more than two passengers can be carried on the rear seat and in those approved for the transport of six or more people, no more than two passengers for each row of seats.
The limitations do not apply in the case of people living in the same house, as well as between relatives and people who have stable interpersonal relationships (spouse, relatives and relatives in a straight line and collateral not cohabiting, but with stable attendance; people who habitually share the same places).
The existence of these requirements can always be self-certified by the interested party.
The new rules will be in effect until next December 31st.
